Yes, there is a 6-hour gap between rentals.

What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?

Minimum: 1 day

Maximum: No limit (based on availability)

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

Yes, we offer:

10% off – 3-day rentals

25% off daily rate + 7th day free – when booking for 6 days

Is a security deposit required?

Yes, a $250 refundable deposit is required.

How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?

A 10% sales tax is applied to the rental amount.

How many miles are included with the rental?

250 miles per day OR

Unlimited miles option available

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?

Additional mileage is charged at $0.25 per mile.

What are your standard business hours?

We are open 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily.

What are the allowed pick-up and return times?

Pick-up and return times must be scheduled with at least 24-hour notice.

Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?

Yes, with advanced notice.

What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?

Within 25 miles of Norfolk Airport: $50 for rentals under 1 week, free for rentals 1 week or longer

Over 25 miles: Available on a case-by-case basis

Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?

Custom deliveries are available — please call to discuss.

Are there any important extra details renters should know?

Young Driver Fee (ages 21–22): $200 (with company approval)

Prepaid Gas: $55

Refueling Fee: $15 + cost of fuel

Late Fee: $25 per day

Retrieval Fee: $100

Do you offer additional equipment or services?

Not at this time.

What is the cost for an additional driver?

An additional driver may be added for $25, with valid license and approval.

What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?

🚭 Absolutely no smoking is allowed (cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vapes, etc.).
Any evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?

Yes. Renters are responsible for:

All tolls, parking violations, and tickets incurred during the rental

Vehicles are equipped with a UNI Pass Device

Tolls may be billed 30–60 days after rental; invoices must be paid promptly

Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?

We provide vehicles in perfectly clean condition for every rental. Please return them in the same condition. Fees apply if not:

Excessive Dirt – $150

Beach Sand/Sunscreen – $250 (detailing required)

👉 If you take the vehicle to the beach, please clean it thoroughly before returning. Sand and sunscreen residue require a full detail and will incur a $250 fee.
